Adventist Health White Memorial is a 353-bed acute care teaching hospital near downtown Los Angeles. Adventist Health operates Hospitals and medical facilities across California, Oregon and Hawaii. Adventist offers a New Grad RN Residency Program for MedSurg specialties in Southern California. This program is 12 weeks in length and offers a variety of experiences including rotating through different units within the hospital, like ED, OR, Dialysis and more- to better understand how the hospital functions. Support from the education department continues after the orientation ends with routine debriefings.
