Banner Health offers a New Graduate RN Residency Program that is recognized by the ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program® (PTAP) as an Industry-Recognized Apprenticeship Program (IRAP).
The program includes: Clinical experiences with a preceptor, Training in our state-of the-art Banner Simulation Center, Competency and skills assessment and verification, Orientation to the Cerner electronic medical health record system, Patient care skills lab that provides hands-on experience with equipment, e-Learning modules and other Resources for professional and personal development.
